Refund Policy

Because of the type of products we carry, and for health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on our teas or herbs. All sales of these products are final. We do accept exchanges or returns of tea accessories or other non-consumable products in new, unused condition and will refund the purchase price of those items with receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you are in our local area, returns and exchanges of accessories may be completed in person at our retail location. In-store credits and/or exchanges may be available for qualifying purchases with receipt.
