Oolong

Traditionally associated with the Chinese, oolong (which loosely translates to “black dragon’) teas tend to have a sweet aroma. The teas are dried in the sun and are allowed to oxidize, intensifying their flavors, which vary greatly depending upon the variety of oolong variety you are drinking. Oolong teas, like black teas, are more acidic than their white and green counterparts.
